The Bedrooms
The Club has 82 air-conditioned bedrooms, all of which are furnished and decorated to a high standard. There are 24 single rooms, 39 doubles, 17 twin-bedded and two mini-suites with lounge. The bedrooms are non-smoking with the exception of 400-408.
If you are a Member, please log in to view information on Weekend Breakaway special offers and room tariffs, or to request a room reservation.
Three of the twin/double rooms can be made interconnecting to provide spacious family accommodation. Two twin-bedded rooms are wheelchair accessible. All but 3 of the rooms have en-suite facilities and roll-away beds are available if children accompany you.
Every room has a direct-dial telephone, colour television with radio,
Club information service, cable television, refrigerator, complimentary
tea and coffee making facilities, mineral water and use of bath robe. Most rooms also have hairdryers, trouser presses and a well-proportioned desk.
Waitlist
If no rooms are available, we encourage Members to take advantage of our Waitlist facility as we often get late cancellations and in this situation, the Front Office team contact Members on the waitlist. We are also able, 5 days prior to the date of arrival, to try and find accommodation in Reciprocal Clubs in London. To discuss either option, please contact the Front Desk Manager, Mr Laurent Wyckaert, on 020 7399 1021.
Arrivals/Departures
Bedrooms must be vacated by 1100 hours on the day of departure.
As soon as bedrooms are cleaned and made ready for use, they are
allocated to incoming members. The time will vary according to
circumstances but should rarely be later than 1400 hours, 1500 hours on
Sundays.
Cancellations
Cancellations should be made as soon as possible so that rooms may be
offered to other Members. Members are liable to be charged for the first
night of the reservation unless cancellation is received by 1800 hours on the
day before the expected day of arrival.
Please also see the Club Rules and Regulations for more information about Dress Code, Use of the Public Rooms and bringing Children to the Club.
