Four examples are detailed below. However, do remember that flexibility is maintained at all times. If a meeting room only is required then a room hire charge will become applicable. All prices shown are inclusive of VAT.
CONFERENCE PACKAGE
Included in the rate of £32.50 per person is:
Use of the Conference Room (for up to four hours, morning or afternoon)
Coffee on arrival
Overhead Projector and Screen
Flipchart and Pens
Conference Pad and Pencil
Mineral Water, Squash, Sweets
Coffee and Biscuits (morning or afternoon)
(A charge will be made for further tea, coffee and biscuits).

The minimum number of people required for this package is 10.
If there are less than 10 people, a surcharge of £75.00 per room is payable.
With this package the food can be served on a buffet table or plated as required.

Served up to 11.30am
This package includes the use of the room, with coffee
and/or tea on arrival and a selection of fruit juices.
All breakfasts are served from a buffet table
