The above tariffs are for Members of Clubs with reciprocal arrangements and are effective from 1 September 2011 to 31 August 2012.
Every room has a direct-dial telephone, colour television with radio, Club information service, cable television, refrigerator, complimentary tea and coffee making facilities, mineral water and use of bath robe.
Rates are per room per night, excluding meals.
We have a dedicated reservations team who can be contacted on 020 7399 1010.
Rooms 205, 305 and 405 now have an adjoining room containing bunk beds which are ideally suited to families. Please apply for rates.
Arrivals/Departures
Bedrooms must be vacated by 1100 hours on the day of departure. As soon as bedrooms are cleaned and made ready for use, they are allocated to incoming members. The time will vary according to circumstances but should rarely be later than 1400 hours, 1500 hours on Sundays.
Cancellations
Cancellations should be made as soon as possible so that rooms may be offered to other Members. Members are liable to be charged for the first night of the reservation unless cancellation is received by 1200 hours on the day before the expected day of arrival.

Childrens activity packs
Childrens activity packs are provided free for children under 10. Please let us know your child's name and age when making a Bedroom Booking Request
Luggage Storage
Luggage storage is available on a long or short term basis. A charge will be made for long term storage.
Meetings and Conference Facilities in London
If you’re planning a Meeting or Conference, large or small, why not use the RAF Club's excellent range of meeting and conference facilities for up to 200 people?
Breakfast, morning coffee, luncheon and afternoon tea can be arranged according to your precise requirements and meeting rooms may be hired at very reasonable rates.
