Could my partner and a couple of friends stay at the Club if I am not planning to stay?
A written request must be received for this type of booking although if your husband or wife is an Associate Member they are able to use the Club facilities including the booking of bedrooms in their own right.
The request is then authorised by the Club Secretary or Assistant Club Secretary. therefore please allow more time when booking for unaccompanied guests.
Please note that at peak demand periods in the Club (Battle of Britain, Remembrance Sunday etc), requests for guest accommodation may be refused in favour of Club Members.
