Are you planning a reception, meeting, luncheon or dinner party?
Why not use one of the exclusive function rooms here at the Royal Air Force Club? You do not need to be a Member of the Club to hold a function.
There are 8 rooms to accommodate any type of function, including Wedding Receptions, Cocktail Parties, Luncheons, Dinners and Conferences.
Package offers are also available on the "C&B Packages" page - (if a Member of the Club books or sponsors the function, then no room hire charge will be made for a lunch or dinner).

The Club's excellent range of facilities can accommodate up to 200 people, and we can provide all you need from technical equipment to a comfortable chair in our two new additional conference rooms.
Our friendly staff will be happy to help you arrange your function; we can produce your table plan, place cards and menus. Wines may be included in the price, or Members are welcome to supply their own wines subject to a corkage charge.
Members can log in to the Members-Only area and request a room booking for a conference or banqueting event. Our staff will then contact you to confirm the details and offer advice and assistance as required. If you do not already have a login, please fill in our Password Request form to gain access.

The Club has a new telephone exchange and is able to allocate ISDN lines to Function Rooms - there will be a charge according to the level of telephone service required.
If you have any other requirements for your meeting or conference, for example, the ordering of television/video equipment, please contact the Conference & Banqueting office.
Why not log in and book your conference now?
Breakfast, Morning Coffee, Luncheon and Afternoon Tea can be arranged according to your precise requirements and meeting rooms may be hired at very reasonable rates. No room hire charge is made for lunches and dinners but a room hire charge is made for meetings and conferences.
Full details of charges for rooms, special equipment and meals may be obtained from the Conference and Banqueting Manager.
Please be aware that items of outer clothing, shopping bags, umbrellas, radios, mobile telephones and audio / visual recording / playback equipment are not to be taken into any public rooms. With the exception of the Study, working papers and brief cases are not permitted in other public areas.
