General Information
Prices
Every effort will be made to hold prices until the end of August 2010. However, we reserve the right, without prior notice, to reflect market changes. Any alterations to the rate of VAT will be automatically applied.
Other facilities
Menus
Menus and place cards can be prepared or supplied by the Club at 60p per menu and 50p per place card.
Flowers
Round posies for small tables start from £30.00
Trough arrangements for long tables start from £40.00
Other arrangements can be quoted on request.
Toastmaster
Prices available on request.
Music
Contact telephone numbers can be supplied on request.
Additional Areas for Functions
Also available for use at certain times are the Running Horse and the Millennium Suite which are available for discos, dances and wedding receptions. There is a charge of £1450.00 for the use of these rooms.
Bar Extensions
The cost to obtain a licence and operate a bar until:
12.00 Midnight £195.00
1.00am £245.00
(Extensions are rarely granted after 1.00am)
Corkage
Members are welcome to supply their own wines subject to payment of a 'Corkage' charge of:
£8.50 per bottle for still wine
£10.50 for sparkling wine/champagne
£13.50 for fortified wines and spirits
(All rates refer to the standard bottle 70 or 75cl.)
Telephones
Arrangements can be made for ISDN lines to be available in function rooms. A charge will be made according to the level of telephone service required.
