About the RAF Club
Along with the fabric of the building, the Royal Air Force Club offers much more than bricks and mortar. Embodying the true ‘esprit de corps’ of the RAF, where else in the UK can members network, socialise, dine and be entertained in such a setting?
128 Piccadilly has been visited over the years by members from all walks of life, all of them united in their unwavering commitment to the RAF and all of them made welcome and entreated to make the Club their ‘home from home’.
Over the years, from its foundation by Lord Cowdray, to the present day, the Club has always moved with the times, continually refurbishing, improving and enhancing the member offering. In October 2018, the Club's centenary extension was formally opened by our Patron, Her Majesty The Queen, comprising of an additional 17 bedrooms, Fitness Centre and new Marshall of Cambridge Business Suite. This project, the most ambitious to take place in the Club's 100 year history, has enabled the Club to move into our second century with enhanced facilities and accommodation for the benefit of all our 25,000 members.
