The names of candidates for election in the following categories of membership (Former Serving, Foreign, Affiliate, Family and Widowed Members) will be registered, and the particulars relating to them will be posted on the Club Notice board at least 14 days before the day of election.

The Membership Committee elects all candidates in Former Serving, Foreign and Family categories at each scheduled meeting. 

Following the approval by the Membership Committee, the Board of Trustees elects all candidates in the Affiliate category at each scheduled meeting.
