Introducing a New Way to Access the Club

As part of the launch of our new website and Members’ Portal, we are pleased to introduce a new RAF Club Digital Membership Card, giving Members an additional and convenient way to carry their Club Membership details on their mobile phone, should they wish.

Please note that the Digital Membership Card is entirely optional. Your existing physical Membership Card remains valid and can continue to be used at the Club exactly as before.

Members with an individual email address registered against their membership will receive a separate email from the RAF Club regarding their Digital Membership Card. The card can also be added to either their Apple Wallet on an iPhone or Google Wallet on an Android phone.

To add your card, please open the email on the mobile phone you wish to use and follow the instructions provided.

Your Digital Membership Card can also be accessed through the Members’ Portal on the new RAF Club website.

Please note that the Digital Membership Card is separate from the process of setting up access to the new Members’ Portal. You will receive a separate email inviting you to set/reset your password for the new website.

If you prefer not to use a digital membership card, there is no need to take any action. Your physical Membership Card will continue to be accepted as normal.
