The last surviving wartime RAF pilot from the RAF's 'Dambusters' squadron, who was awarded France's highest honour after carrying out 30 operations against enemy targets in the Second World War, has died at the age of 100.
The statement from the Prime Minister earlier this week has provided some clarity on the lifting of COVID restrictions from next Monday, 19th July. After careful consideration, our approach to measures within the Club will be as follows:

The summer season is here and I thought it might be useful to give you a brief update on how the RAF Club is faring aboard this Covid-19 rollercoaster.
We know members have very much missed their trips to London, using the Club as a central base for theatre, museums and galleries, dining out and days out with the kids.
Following the Government's 4 Stage Recovery 'Roadmap' announced 22nd February 2021, we are hopeful that the Club will reopen to members and guests from 17th May 2021.
Following the emergency Government Tier review on 4th January 2021, England moves into the new Tier 5 - Lockdown, until further notice.
Wednesday 23rd September marked Club Manager Kathryn Cooper’s 35th anniversary at the RAF Club, and we ended the day with a celebration!
