On Sunday 6th August 2023, we were thrilled to host a 50 Year Reception to congratulate our Members on half a century of devoted Membership to the Royal Air Force Club.

Upon reaching this milestone, Members were sent a celebratory tie or brooch accompanied by an invitation to attend our 50 Year Reception held in the Cowdray Lounge. This complimentary Reception included drinks, delicious canapes, and a light lunch.

The Club Chair the Honourable David Murray addressed the RAF Club 'class of 1973' and reminisced on what life was like 50 years ago and reflected on the origins of the Club as well and the changes that Members will have seen over the last 50 years of their membership.

We have received some wonderful feedback from those who attended, from the fantastic service of the staff to the opportunity to be reunited with old colleagues.The 50 Year Reception is an epitome of what makes the RAF Club so special and we would like to thank all the attendees for their support of the Club over the past 50 years.
