Champagne & Truffle Dinner 🥂

The Club was delighted to welcome Members and their guests to an exceptional Champagne and Truffle Dinner, hosted in partnership with Christophe Prieux of Gardet Champagne – the Club’s house champagne supplier.
Each course of the evening’s truffle-inspired menu was expertly paired with a different Gardet Champagne, thoughtfully selected to complement and elevate the unique flavours of the dishes.

Roasted Jersey Royal stuffed with Parmesan truffle mash

Poached native lobster tail, creamed pappardelle & shaved truffle

Trio of truffle cheeses – Snowdonia Truffle Trove, Trfflyn goat’s cheese, and Cenarth Truffle Brie, served with truffle honey, figs & crackers
