RAF Club Visit to RAF Cranwell
Thursday 19th March 2026
Yesterday, the RAF Club Membership team had the pleasure of travelling to RAF Cranwell to attend its Freshers Fayre, an important moment in the journey of the next generation of Royal Air Force officers.
This provided a valuable opportunity to meet cadets currently undertaking their Modular Initial Officer Training, all of whom are working diligently towards their upcoming graduations and future careers in the RAF. Our team was delighted to engage with so many enthusiastic and driven individuals, sharing insights into the Club’s heritage, purpose, and the wide range of benefits available to members.
The Royal Air Force Club is committed to building meaningful connections with serving personnel from the very start of their careers.
By attending Freshers Fayres and similar events at the RAF Officer Training Academy, we aim to ensure cadets are aware of the lifelong community and support network available to them through Club membership. Engaging directly with cadets allows us to better understand their perspectives, needs, and expectations, helping to shape how the Club evolves for future generations.
We are proud to support those at the beginning of their RAF journey and look forward to welcoming many of these cadets into the Club in the years ahead, as they transition from training to active service and beyond.
