New year, New menu

Our Dining Room and Running Horse Tavern are back in action with a new menu that was definitely worth the wait. 

The dishes pictured are as follows…

- Escalope of salmon & brill, lobster & crayfish sauce, buttered spinach

- Monkfish wellington, scallop mousse, mushroom butter sauce

- Pan fried Hispi cabbage, Romanesco sauce, black garlic aioli, pecan & chestnut crumb

- Crab & prawn cocktail with melon & mango, coconut & lemongrass bisque

- “Irish Stew” slow cooked middle neck with leek & potato sauce , braised red cabbage

- Roast Tronçon of beef sirloin, braised endive, truffled artichoke purée, crushed potatoes

- Duck liver parfait, red onion marmalade, toasted brioche

- Braised oxtail & feather blade terrine, carrot ketchup & dill pickles

 

Dessert

-  Cherry and pistachio mousse, pistachio sauce

- Coconut & mango rice pudding

- Banana bread tatin, chocolate sauce & milk gelato
