The magnificent Sovereigns’ Room (formerly the Club's Ballroom) with its ornate sky-painted ceiling and mirrored panelling, creates the perfect ambience for celebrations for up to 200 guests or 140 seated.
Private Dining
With seven beautiful private rooms to choose from, the Club can accommodate all types of private dining - breakfast through to dinner. The Club offers a wide selection of menus, bespoke, friendly service and a wonderful environment that is truly unique. We guarantee your event will be memorable.
Remember: Members who wish to host a private lunch or dinner in the Club do not pay a room hire charge.

A classic, versatile room, decorated with elegant portraits of distinguished past Presidents of the Club located on the first floor.
The Hodges Room
The Hodges Room, situated off the Club’s ‘Squadron Badge Corridor’, commemorates Air Chief Marshal Sir Lewis Hodges, who was instrumental in securing the future of the Royal Air Force Club.
Battle of Britain Suite
The modern, yet classic, Battle of Britain Suite incorporates both the Spitfire Room and Hurricane Room. The Battle of Britain Suite can also accommodate a dancefloor for parties and celebrations.
Boardroom
The Boardroom, accessible via the Club’s stylish Dining Room, is an intimate space - perfect for dinners of up to eight people.
Library
The historic Club Library, filled with aviation literature and trophies, is available for exclusive evening events.
The Churchill Bar
The stunning Churchill Bar off the main ground floor corridor is a striking space for a drinks reception for up to 80 people and features many portraits of notable RAF Officers throughout the years.
The Victoria Bar
The Victoria Bar is a charming space, adjacent to the Presidents‘ Room, which can be reserved for small meetings or small receptions.
