We are delighted to announce that the refurbishment of our beloved Running Horse Tavern is now complete.

On Thursday 21st August, the Club was delighted to welcome Members to the annual 25 Year Lunch, celebrating those who joined in the year 2000 and marking a quarter of a century of their continued support.

Last week, the RAF Club sealed a special time capsule inside the Running Horse as it undergoes refurbishment. Packed with memories and mementos, it won’t see the light of day for many years to come.⁠

As part of the refurbishment of the Running Horse Tavern, the Club’s Arts & Heritage Committee and the Running Horse Project have jointly commissioned multi-facetted new artwork to honour all the brave airmen awarded our country’s highest award for valour, the Victoria Cross (VC).

On Sunday, 3rd August, the RAF Club proudly hosted our annual 50-Year Reception, celebrating Members who have been part of the Club for over half a century.
