On Tuesday the 25th of October we had the pleasure of welcoming internationally acclaimed author Louis de Bernières to the Royal Air Force Club.⁠

We are seeking Members of the RAF Club who are working in the airline industry to volunteer to act as Club Airline Representatives.

On Tuesday 11th October, 70 guests gathered for a Black Tie Club Dinner with Col the Rt Hon Bob Stewart DSO MP.

Pamela Burke joined the WRAF in January 1940 straight from Gerrards Cross Convent School as an ACW and after a brief initial training managed to get her choice of posting to the ops room at Biggin Hill despite still being only 17 years old.

It is with great sadness that all in the RAF Club mourn the death of our Sovereign, Queen Elizabeth II, who had been our Royal Patron since her accession to the throne on 6th February 1952.

It is with deep sorrow that Buckingham Palace has announced the death of  our Patron Her Majesty The Queen.

Her Majesty passed away peacefully this afternoon at Balmoral Castle.

On 26th July and 7th August, the RAF Club hosted our annual 50 Year Receptions in which we celebrate those members that have been with us for over 50 years.
