Champagne & Truffle Dinner 🥂⁠

The Club was delighted to welcome Members and their guests to an exceptional Champagne and Truffle Dinner, hosted in partnership with Christophe Prieux of Gardet Champagne – the Club’s house champagne supplier.⁠

Each course of the evening’s truffle-inspired menu was expertly paired with a different Gardet Champagne, thoughtfully selected to complement and elevate the unique flavours of the dishes.⁠

Amuse-Bouche⁠
Roasted Jersey Royal stuffed with Parmesan truffle mash⁠

Starter⁠
Poached native lobster tail, creamed pappardelle & shaved truffle⁠
~ Paired with Prestige Charles Gardet Blanc de Blancs⁠

Main⁠
Beef fillet Rossini,  seared duck liver, liver parfait croûte, truffle jus⁠
~ Paired with Gardet Blanc de Noirs 1er Cru⁠

Dessert⁠
Trio of truffle cheeses – Snowdonia Truffle Trove, Trfflyn goat’s cheese, and Cenarth Truffle Brie, served with truffle honey, figs & crackers⁠
