Our Front of House team are always on hand to assist members and guests with various information and endeavors. See them on arrival at the Club or they can be contacted directly on 020 7399 1018.
The Club has an affiliation with a ticket agency and members of the front desk team will be pleased to help you secure tickets for the Theatre, Sporting Events, Attractions, Concerts and the Big Bus Tour.
Items from the Club gift shop may be purchased at the Front desk. These gifts include Brooches, Ties, Prints, Notelets, Crockery and Glasses.
We stock a small range of toiletry items at the Hall Porter's Desk which can be purchased for a small fee.
Members may avail of short or long-term luggage storage. Please note additional charges apply for long term storage: further information can be obtained from the Hall Porters.
The Hall Porters can arrange transportation to and from all London airports (fares starting from £45)

There are lockers located throughout the Club which may be rented by Club members for long/short periods of time. For more information and rental fees, please speak with a member of the front desk reception team.
