Having not flown a Mosquito for 75 years, WW2 veteran Flt Lt Colin Bell DFC returned to the cockpit thanks to the generous offer of a flight in the Mosquito owned by Mr Rod Lewis of Lewis Air Legends in San Antonio Texas.
Last week the Club hosted the talented RAF Falcons for a Club dinner to learn about their unique experiences as part of the UK’s premier military parachute display team.
On Monday 16th September we commemorated the Battle of Britain with an annual members' dinner filled with anecdotes and exploits along with a Champagne reception and three-course Club Dinner.
On Tuesday 10th September, members and guests enjoyed a truly wonderful Women in Aviation Club Dinner with our Chairman Air Marshal Sue Gray CB OBE, FREng as keynote speaker.

This afternoon the RAF Club hosted an Afternoon Tea for Hospitality Action's Golden Friends, a support network created for hospitality retirees to stay connected to their industry and friends.
On Sunday 18th August we held the second of our 50 Year Receptions at the Club, annual events held to thank our 50-year members for their outstanding support.
